How to Submit a Ticket in Support Site

 

  1. Go to https://support.prioritytitle.com

         

  1.  Left Click on Submit Ticket in the top right

 

 

                                   

 

  1. Entering information of the technical issue
    1. Subject Line
      1. An example of information for the subject line is "Teams is not working" (The Issue) "on my computer" (The Platform)
    2. Message Box
      1. The Message Box is where the details of the issue goes. List of helpful information for IT support (Does not need to include all of the list)
        1. What occurred before the issue started?
        2. When did the issue start?
        3. What is the specific issue?
        4. Steps already taken to resolve the issue
        5. Impact of the issue
        6. Frequency of the issue
        7. Screenshots or attachments
    3. Add CC Add BCC
      1. Just like for email these buttons allow for emails to be either Carbon Copy (CC) or Blind Carbon Copy (BCC)
    4. Contact Info
      1. Full Name: Put both first and last name here
      2. Email: Work Email address goes here
      3. Phone: Direct Number goes here
  2. After all information has been filled out left click the check box next to "I am not a Robot" then left click submit
