How to Submit a Ticket in Support Site
- Left Click on Submit Ticket in the top right
- Entering information of the technical issue
- Subject Line
- An example of information for the subject line is "Teams is not working" (The Issue) "on my computer" (The Platform)
- Message Box
- The Message Box is where the details of the issue goes. List of helpful information for IT support (Does not need to include all of the list)
- What occurred before the issue started?
- When did the issue start?
- What is the specific issue?
- Steps already taken to resolve the issue
- Impact of the issue
- Frequency of the issue
- Screenshots or attachments

- Add CC Add BCC
- Just like for email these buttons allow for emails to be either Carbon Copy (CC) or Blind Carbon Copy (BCC)
- Contact Info
- Full Name: Put both first and last name here
- Email: Work Email address goes here
- Phone: Direct Number goes here
- Category
- IT Support
- This category is for general IT issues such as outlook not working or machine is running slow.
- Integration and Automation
- This category is for issues with custom integrations and automation that will go to Alex Marr. If you work with Alex a significant amount this will be the category to choose.
- Secure Portal Support
- For secure portal issues such as not being able to login, not seeing orders, not receiving notifications, not being able to see documents
- IT Support
- Subject Line
- After all information has been filled out left click the check box next to "I am not a Robot" then left click submit
