  1. In Outlook Click New Email

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Information to fill out
    1. To:
      1. Fill in the email address [email protected]
    2. CC:
      1. If necessary this is where other people can be part of the ticket by filling in their email address
    3. Subject Line
      1. An example of information for the subject line is "Teams is not working" (The Issue) "on my computer" (The Platform)
    4. Email Message Body
      1. The Email Message Body is where the details of the issue goes. List of helpful information for IT support (Does not need to include all of the list)
        1. What occurred before the issue started?
        2. When did the issue start?
        3. What is the specific issue?
        4. Steps already taken to resolve the issue
        5. Impact of the issue
        6. Frequency of the issue
        7. Screenshots or attachments
  2. After filling in the information click the send button.
