  1.  Go to the chat icon on the left side of the teams window

 

 

 

 

  1. If applicable scroll down to the teams and channel section
    1. Left click Submit Ticket Here!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. On this screen click on start a post.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



 

 

 

  1. Entering information of the technical issue
    1. Add a subject
      1. An example of information for the subject line is "Teams is not working" (The Issue) "on my computer" (The Platform)
    2. Type a Message
      1. The Message Box is where the details of the issue goes. List of helpful information for IT support (Does not need to include all of the list)
        1. What occurred before the issue started?
        2. When did the issue start?
        3. What is the specific issue?
        4. Steps already taken to resolve the issue
        5. Impact of the issue
        6. Frequency of the issue
        7. Screenshots or attachments
  2. Left click the Post button when done.
