How to Submit a Ticket in Microsoft Teams

- Go to the chat icon on the left side of the teams window
- If applicable scroll down to the teams and channel section
- Left click Submit Ticket Here!
- On this screen click on start a post.
- Entering information of the technical issue
- Add a subject
- An example of information for the subject line is "Teams is not working" (The Issue) "on my computer" (The Platform)
- Type a Message
- The Message Box is where the details of the issue goes. List of helpful information for IT support (Does not need to include all of the list)
- What occurred before the issue started?
- When did the issue start?
- What is the specific issue?
- Steps already taken to resolve the issue
- Impact of the issue
- Frequency of the issue
- Screenshots or attachments

- Add a subject
- Left click the Post button when done.
